End of road for Fazly & Sufiah

The dream of becoming the first ever Malaysian Idol has come to an end for Fazly & Sufiah.

The first ever live result show saw Fazly, Sufiah and Rydee being called to sit on the other side of the stage, which they were the bottom 3 of the week.

Fazly sang Maroon 5's This Love on Friday. He defended that he wanted to show that Malaysians are versatile and are capable of doing do any kind of music. However, that didn't manage to save him becoming the first to go.

Despite the not-so-good comments on her rendition of I'm like a Bird, Rydee was safe. That meant, Sufiah, who were chosen by the judges in last week's Wildcard round, proved that Malaysian votes still rule as she became the second to leave the competition.
